Please do not take your pets here. For the 3rd time, they have screwed up our 2 cats fecal sample. The first time, they just did not bother to call us after the results were back in. It was only 2 weeks later that I called them to ask them. Luckily, the results were negative. The 2nd time, they didn't bother to call us with the results. They had the results for almost 1 month when my husband finally called about something else & they informed us that those test results came back very positive for worms. And now this 3rd time, guess what. They lost the fecal sample. How do you lose poop??? They're blaming the lab, but either way, we are taking our pets to Bayleaf Hospital. I have heard nothing but good things about Bayleaf.
