i had an emergency with my air conditioner, and my landlord refered COOL&RELIABLE. so they sent a very nice mechanic to look at it. after checking it he came back and told me i might have a problem in the future with the fan motor, but for now he got it working again. i asked how much i owed him and he said he just sprayed oil on it and i didnt owe him nothing. he could have said i owed him for the call. he just said if it stops again to call him to replace it. you bet i will. we all are leery of mechanics and to find one you FEEL you can trust is priceless. i feel i can trust these guys and i recomend them.
