Review content:
I lived in Madison Vinings for one year and four months. It was my first apartment when I moved here from out of state and I will look back on it as a "learning experience". I experienced fee after hidden fee after unreasonable, unexplained fee popping up throughout the term of my lease, rude and unhelpful staff (my favorite is the overweight agent with the tramp stamp hanging out of the back of her "business clothes" every time I see her) who often ignore renters waiting in the office, maintenance staff who showed up several days after requested if they showed up at all (and who also said they could not help me when i locked my keys in my car by myself at night), spiders and roaches everywhere regardless of the cleanliness of my apartment, no return phone calls or e-mails from the manager, and the icing on the cake--being locked out of the complex at night after utilizing the jogging trail by the river...after scaling a barbed wire fence (the only way back in), ripped clothes and a tetanus shot i called to ask the leasing office what time they normally lock their joggers in a cage at night to which she replied "um so like...did you try the code?" No, you simple bimbo, I thought scaling a jagged rusting fence was a better option. Unreal.
