I used to be a big a fan of Monaco Motors, however after my last experience sentiment has changed. Made an appointment for an oil change at 7:30am, was the first car there and in. Wrote it all up and was expecting as I was told, car would be done early afternoon. Wade the owner called me at 12:30 said he was leaving because of a bad back and so and so would take over and be getting back to me. No one ever did, I was left hanging. Went to pick up my car first thing this morning and it was still up on the lift and Wade said he thought it was done. When confronted about this situation, Wade was less than apologetic and pass
