I left the Cherry Creek Athletic Club a couple years ago and moved to Chicago. I joined what was touted as Chicago's version of Premiere Club in the City. I tolerated the mediocre experience while I was there. It was not until I rejoined the Cherry Creek Athletic Club when I moved back this year that I remembered how nice it could be to be a member of a club. I am home again. The staff hadn't turned over much in the time I had been gone. Not only did they all greet me, they seemed legitamately excited about my return. In the last couple years, they have added considerable new upgraded equipment as well as putting what looks like a substantial amount of money into capital improvements. They have probably added another 50 group exercise classes since I was here last...Urban Dance, multiple Yoga and Nia classes. It's unbelievable. There are classes here that I hadn't even heard of in Chicago. They've also added membership socials--on site parties and off site Happy Hours--to continue to add to the benefits of being a member. Coming back to this premiere club has made a tough move back to Denver a much more pleasurable experience. I don't get off work until 5:30 or 6pm and I have many classes to choose from in the evenings and on the weekends. Speaking of the weekends, you've got to go hang outside at the pool and cabana area. The views, the music, the smells and the SIGHTS:-) Thanks to the staff and the members at the Cherry Creek Athletic Club for making exercising something I actually look forward to! Pros: Staff, classes, facilities, equipment Cons: Ladies locker room is a little bland, but very functional
