I have been going to Dr Hart for over 8 years now. I do not have one complaint. Dr Hart is always friendly and kind. Takes her time to answer all of your questions. My dog was recently very sick and Dr Hart and her staff were wonderful. My family and I can not give enough thanks. She called every day to check and see how things were going until the last breath my dog took. Where are you going to find someone that cares that much? The staff all knew my dog by name and gave her kisses and love until her last breath. I would highly recommend her. As for the negative reviews.... people are busy.....when I go to the doctor no one smiles at me.. I am just another number so boo on you.
