in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
Aquarius has reasonable rates, however they will cut corners to keep their costs down. Unfortunately, this backfired on us.. we hired them to replace and reseal old pipes / jets to our hot tub so that they would NOT leak. We paid them in full. A few days later, we fill the tub and a NEW pipe is badly leaking. Fortunately we had not yet put back in the floor. We called Aquarius to report the problem.. They fixed it but to our surprise they charged us AGAIN for the additional service. If you pay a plumber to fix a leak.. and it still leaks.. do you keep paying until they fix it properly? We will not be using Aquarius again.
Pros: Reasonable Rates
Cons: They will not stand behind their work
