In November I had a bad experience at East Village Spa, but through a little research they figured out I was the one who wrote their only bad review. Cassie sent me an email offering me a free "redo" with the pedicure. I went in, admittedly, a little nervous that they would treat me weird for writing the review but it was completely the opposite. Everybody was beyond friendly and very pleasant to talk to. They treated me like they saw me everyday. My service provider was Lydia, she was probably one of the best providers I've had in a long time, anywhere! I recommend this spa, but especially Lydia. Good customer service is something you can get anywhere, but this was more than that, they went out of their way to make sure they could get me back in to prove my last visit was just a fluke. If you want exceptional customer service, East Village Day Spa is the place to go!!
