Review content:
The homeowner that made these commits is greatly misleading. We started this project late march early april. Now anyone who lives in michigan knows there where more than 8 rain days. Than the homeowner wants an estimated based on him doing alot of the work himself, the electrical, drywall, etc. My contract was to shell the place out and put exterior siding on it. He made changes on the project with out even getting any change orders from me and alot of time no added costs. When we started he didnt even give us a blueprint. So I believe that hiring people at the last minute for things he was suppose to do is alot to ask for all my subs just to drop what they are doing and jump on this project. This project has not been easy. It was a block building that the roof came completely off and all of his furniture and stuff was still downstairs so I just couldnt start ripping the trusses off if it called for rain. Must take these commits from homeowner with understanding of the process. Ive have always returned a call or a message in a diligent manner. I have many refrences so dont worry about my quality of work or the time frame. I have to many quality homeowners to back my reputation. Thank you Marc Kenyon.
