NO STARS for this company. They are very unprofessional and do not respect customer confidentiality. A woman by the name of Julie was able to contact the owner Brian O'Neil through the Bend branch owner, Dustin, and receive flagrantly wrong information regarding myself and my home. They also lied about not sending someone out, while in the same breath telling this woman that my house was filthy. Brian also said that Terminex had come out 2 additional times but were unable to do anything because my house was filthy. They never even contacted me after the first time, and I was never told anything about any of this. It was brought to my attention in A COURT OF LAW!! NEVER USE TERMINEX!!! Unless you WANT your private information given to anyone who asks.
