A few years back I had a puppy in an apartment who rarely had the opportunity to run freely until I got home from a long day at the office. Well, one day I was running late for work and couldn't take him for his little "session" which proved to be the worst day for the newly purchsed sofa. I saw this place in Berkeley that I remembered as I was flee marketing. I called and inquired. The service was great. The foam was replaced for both sides L/R of the love seat sofa so that they were an exact match. Actually they were better quality than before.....I don't have a pet now but I did purchase a new sofa that has now within the past year lost it's memory. I looked online to find that Famous Foam Facotry is still around .........and I still got that great over the phone customer service. I will be replacing a sectional at their advice a section at a time so's I'll have part of it to sit on while the other section is having the "memory" restored......THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
