Review content:
Sprint has the worst phones, service, and coverage of any phone service in my opinion. If you want the worst store service on top of that you might enjoy the Issaquah branch. During our 2 year death march with them 4 of the phones they sold us went bad. The worst incident was the last one. My wife's phone went out about 4 months from the end of our contract. She thought it would last that long, so didn't get insurance. One month later it was gone. The store had also signed her up for a 1 year contract without telling her what she was getting into ("just sign here"). So we paid another $200 for early termination of the contract on top of the $200+ for a phone that lasted less than a month. I argued for some kind of reasonableness but got the stiff arm from the store AND the sprint "customer care" center (after 5 transfers and 40 minutes of elevator music on hold). Avoid this place and Sprint at all costs.
Pros: none
Cons: phones, service, coverage
