I have been in the construction industy for over 15 years and I recently had a serious water problem in my basement so I know the drill when it come to scams in the construction business. I had several bids submitted from 5 independent contractors who all said that their new state of the art systems would solve my problem. Denny's Waterproofing Company was the only contractor who still uses a system that has been used since the late 70's and is the most effective system to date. Their system is very simple but labor intensive. Mike Denny, the Owner of the Company, was out on the job from start to finish and I have not had a problem since. The single factor that set Denny's Waterproofing apart from the other companies was the fact that the company put a life time guarantee on the installed system. All of the other contractors wanted me to install the system and pay for a year to year warranty. Denny's Waterproofing completed the job in 2005 on my property and I have since finished my basement and I could not be happier with the outcome.
