Review content:
Let's face it. All fuel prices are a little outrageous on some level. However, to me, I see no instance of price gouging, lying, or intentionally "ripping off" a consumer, in this situation. At the base price of $1.18/lb a standard 20lb. tank would run $20.11(including tax), taking into consideration that the tank was filled accordingly to 80% capacity. In my opinion, that is rather affordable compared to some of the "switch out" locations in the area. All propane consumers should educate themselves prior to making a purchase in regards to standard practices taken by any LP provider including the conversion of gallons to pounds and vice versa (refer to the Ohio Propane Gas Association website ). I believe, that based on the conversion of pounds to gallons, that this price was fair. Let's take into consideration that not a single LP provider will charge anything less than their supplier charges them, education about any subject will provide better preperation, and we can't blame any person, business, or nation for the weather.
Pros: Friendly staff that's educated & experienced w/ products
Cons: Not large enough to provide for broader consumer base.
