Review content:
I've thought a lot about hearing aids, and I'm not even that old (just turned 40). Greg and Josh worked with me to find a solution without belittling my lack of knowledge on the products. They educated me on what I should know before I was to make a purchase, as well as not trying to sell me something that I didn't necessarily need (they respected my budget and found a solution that suited my needs. By contrast, I had shopped around a bit, and found that at other places, I was being looked down at simply because I didn't know what I wanted. The other places also only talked to me about the most expensive products until I said I couldn't afford it. Then, with a sigh, they went down, but only a little bit. At Center for Better Hearing Aids, they made me feel like part of the family and helped me make an educated decision. Now I can hear almost like I have normal hearing--birds singing, music sounds normal, and I can hear pretty good in background noise, too. Thanks guys!
