Review content:
I live in Durham and I brought my car there (newer) and they fixed things that did not need to be fixed and over-charged me. Recently I brought a car back (different, but still newer) and they did it again, but this time I said no, and they still charged me $35 for nothing!!! Overpriced! And I brought my car to a different place and they said' What, that doesn't need to be done!', you're fine. Seriously, not to be trusted. I will never, ever go there again. I am all about things getting done that NEED to get done, for a REASONABLE price, but you really can't trust this place. If there is nothing wrong, they will 'find' something and overcharge you, and apparently if you say no, they still charge you. YOu are better off going to a mainstream place (dealership, meinike, etc.) the quotes are free and they will show you why you need something done, if it does. Some transparency and customer service is nice. Oh...and it won't cost you one bit more!
