Review content:
I had a big screen serviced in the past with fair results. I later took the same unit in for unrelated repair along with a Yamaha DSP. I was told they only would repair the tv if they repaired all the parts that typically fail (parts were fine). I declined stating I only needed the set to last one more year and did not want to invest 3X parts and labor for the stuff that "might' fail. Paid the estimate charge and saved tons by taking the unit to another authorized dealer.
Pros: They were not too busy..no surprise
Cons: Untruthful, needlessly wanted to replace parts for $$$
