New house Jones Co. built Spring Hill TN Burtonwood Sub, American Heat & Cooling installed RUDD unit. Documented over 20 service call?s in 1-2 yr time on new unit and threat of law suits. Finally hired another AC company to inspect problems. American replaced unit with inferior WeatherKing . Now today just found out 3yr old WeatherKing unit compressor locked up, out of warrantee due to manufacture date. May have been setting in warehouse. I would never ever use these AC guys. Almost all my neighbors have had to replace their units or have serious issues. All the time wasted on the service calls and lies they will come up with to pacify you with. They went as far as saying it was normal for outside temperature 95deg inside may run as high as 85deg inside house when thermostat set at 74deg.
