Review content:
I have been to this store with my husband several times. They are the only place in the metroplex with his specific patches, but never carries the shirt that he needs for his job as an EMT. We have to buy the patches here, then go elsewhere for the shirts. I went in today while I had a few minutes to get my husband's patches, and the geriatric woman behind the counter looked me up and down, and was so very rude when I told her what I was needing. She responded that I needed proof of my husband's employer to sell them to me (him talking to her on the phone was not enough). I understand if this is a legal issue, but whenever i've been there with my husband, he was never ONCE asked for employment verification. Anyway, I guess my husband won't be getting any new uniforms for Christmas, unless he buys them himself. I wonder if he needs to give a DNA sample in order to purchase the patches in the future? What really irritates me, however, is the lack of professionalism in that place.
Pros: None
Cons: Customer service is consistantly poor;
