Review content:
I've been taking my car to Tom at Kurtz-Hillman since I got my first car at 15. I'll keep doing business there as long as I can drive. Never once have I felt the need to question the work they've done. If you worry about being taken advantage of, you need to see Tom. He has never been less than upfront and honest about problems, costs, or the degree of necessity of repairs. I'm not a huge car guy, but I know enough to have an idea of what's what, and one of the best things about doing business at Kurtz-Hillman is that they aren't out to make a buck at their customers' expense. I love going somewhere that actually builds a real relationship with their people. The only drawback is that they are slightly limited in their range of work compared to the bigger chain companies, but the difference has never had much affect on me, and I've always gotten a strong recommendation as to where I should go if they don't do the work. So, I guess what I'm saying is that people looking for old-fashioned service should definitely go to Kurtz-Hillman. Pros: Ethics, service Cons: Location (if you don't live in the neighborhood)
