Took our dog to the Sylvania Veterinary Hospital just once, but never again!!!!I From the moment we walked in there, the staff was rude, they ignored our dog like it wasn't even there, then ran extensive tests to gin up the bill. Dr. Bob Esplin, who I used to see on Channel 13's "Ask the Expert," was very cold and rude. He bad mouthed our regular vet, which made me very uncomfortable. From that point on, things just kept getting worse at Sylvania Veterinary Hospital. We couldn't get our dog out of there fast enough! Everything at this place is about money and business. We would NEVER take any of our pets there again!!!!!!
