We have used Dial-a-Maid on and off for years--- weekly housekeeping and project cleaning when we moved from Evanston to Wilmette. They send a team of 2 or 3 people and do a thorough job. The housekeepers that have come to our home have been pleasant and hard working. Dial-a-Maid has been in business on the Northshore for a long time, perhaps over 30 years, and owned/managed by the same people. Nothing against some of the cleaning franchises, but the owners of Dial-a-Maid seem quite committed and responsive to their customer needs. From time to time we compare pricing with local alternatives--- Dial-a-Maid remains very competitively priced. A good review for a good service.
