Review content:
This has to be one of the worst companies that do this type of work. Please, use First General Services or Bowles Construction. Anybody but Servpro. Rude at every level, quick to argue, quick to tell you that you need to call someone else to remove ANY drywall. All they do is collect your insurance deductible (it is very clear that the money is the only thing they are interested in), put some fans in place and make sure that they mop up every last dollar in sight. Water, they can leave behind, but don't dare miss a payment. To add insult to poor service and attitude, I sent them a $600 check twice that thruway they did not get. So they sued to try to get a lien only house. They are lucky I did not counter sue. I dont believe in using lawyers, just the power of the internet
