we placed a request for service and they didn't lie. they couldn't get me that day, said it would be the next day and they would call ahead. they did. we needed a evaporator. they gave me a price before ordering it. no surprises. finally, a service company that does what they say and doesn't tell you what you want to hear just to leave you hanging.
