Review content:
Avoid this company. First of all, a 5-hour window to show up. I can live with a 3-hour window, but 5? That's just unreasonable. They forget that we have to work to pay their bills. They also forget that it is we customers who pay the bill and without us they have no business. The air coming out of my AC was 54 degrees (with thermostat set at 75) and the guy said there is no problem. I had to hassle him into looking at the unit and he finally conceded there was a bad part. He made it plain that he hates his job. Dallas is full of A/C companies - definitely use a company other than this one. by the way, The girl in the office was eating on the phone with me -when she was done eating, she made it apparent she hates her job,and has nothing but contempt for customers.
