Review content:
I made an appointment for an eye exam at this facility because I was impressed with their facility. However, I was grossly over-billed for the care I received, which amounted to a mere routine eye exam though was billed as a comprehensive diagnosis. When disputing this bill, they stated that because I had discussed symptoms that may be attributed to eyestrain and because I had discussed with the ophthalmologist that I had a pre-existing eye condition, that constituted a diagnosis, although no formal diagnosis was ever given and no treatment was recommended. As a result, I will certainly be searching elsewhere for eye care, and I recommend others do as well.
Pros: Nice, up-to-date facility
Cons: Poor billing practices
