Review content:
I will never use this Rite Aid to fill my rush prescriptions ever again! My doctor electronically faxed my prescription while I was still in the exam room in New Boston, NH. In the time it took to finish the visit, check out and drive from New Boston to Manchester, it still hadn't printed yet. I waited for over an hour while at the pharmacy and it still hadn't printed yet! When I asked what the holdup was,(several times!) I was told that the faxes get backed up and can sometimes take HOURS (YES, HOURS!!!) TO ARRIVE LET ALONE BE FILLED! If you already know you have a problem with faxes getting backed up, (which form the response I received you do know) you need to get adequate backup fax lines to handle your peak business flow! There is no excuse for this lapse, and I will no longer be giving Rite Aid my business because of this incident. I now have to stay up (extremely sick, highly contagious, and wanting nothing more than to go to bed!) awaiting a phone call (hopefully from someone with a pulse not a generic electronic message) to inform me that the medication I am waiting for is finally ready and I can pick it up..... several miserable hours later.
Pros: friendly if unaccommodating employees
Cons: rush prescriptions take hours to fill.
