The prices are astronomical. our 16 pound boston terrier, Knox just got neutered. He's 6 months old...again, only 16 lbs.... Our bill came out to $426.96!! Previously they had told us it would be around $70.00, but, the 70 dollar price was just for the surgical procedure, not the anesthesia, monitors, etc. I am very disappointed as they didn't even tell us what the cost would end up being. I don't think this should ever be allowed to happen. This was just a regular neutering procedure, there was nothing special involved. I am really very angry about this and won't be returning to them ever again, i don't care how friendly they are...taking advantage of first time pet owners is not ethical. Pros: friendly staff Cons: price
