I was very skeptical about allowing this company to handle the repair of my 37 inch LCD TV after reading the negative reviews here, so much so that I had considered calling the warranty company to advise them of the negative reviews the company had received in attempt to get them to allow me to take my TV elsewhere that was hassle-free and in Durham. I decided not to make that call & go ahead & schedule a service time or pick-up with them.
Pros: Quick Return Time, Friendly, Helpful, & Professional Staff
Cons: Wait time for home service/pick-up too long. Had to take it to there shop for faster service.
