My husband and I recently had a Blower Motor replaced on our furnace, and even though we had always used Modern Sheet Metal and been thrilled with their service, we decided to use a company that was closer hoping to save some money. Unfortunately when we recieved our bill of $393.83 we were shocked, Modern Sheet metal had quoted us $158 less. Not only would Steve at Four Season not return my phone call, I spoke to the receptionist that says they charge all their customer based on a book that calculates on average. So I'm not a client, I'm just an average, one who was overcharged.
Cons: If you have a problem don't count on anyone calling you back, even though they said they would.
