Review content:
I would love to know exactly what individual rates these nursing homes. Although this facility is clean and looks great.....the care to it's patients is something to be desired. On more than one occasion we were told that our love one was not the only patient. At $4000 a month they all should be treated as if they were. We have had some good staff but its a shame that the negative responses we have received out weigh the postive. On numerous occasion we found little to no staff available and after talking with the social worker regarding our concerns we found that there was little change in how they ran their floors. My hope for those who are in need of services think long and hard and do your research before choosing a nursing home. Show up unexpected and ask questions and don't rely on what is written because as with a lot of nursing homes it's not always what it appears to be.
Pros: Few aides went over and above to make us feel welcomed
Cons: Poor management, lack of nurses & CNA, and food very poor
