Review content:
My wife and I had used this Enterprise car rental office several times in the past and while the service was never great, it was acceptable. This week (19JAN09), we needed a car to travel out of state, and because of previous car rentals, we knew of several cars that would meet our needs. We called up the Enterprise office on four separate occasions and informed them of our three choices (all of which were cars they advertised). We allowed Enterprise plenty of time to make the proper arrangements to obtain any one of the three cars we sought. Additionally, since we had encountered problems in past rentals and were pressed for time on this trip, we made three simple requests: Make sure the car is filled with gas; Make sure the car has enough air in the tires; and Make sure the windshield fluid is full. When we went to pick up the rental car, it was not of the three we requested and the car only had one quarter tank of gas. Being pressed for time, we took it anyway. A short distance down the road, the car was not keeping in its lane. When we stopped at a gas station to fill up, we discovered that all of the tires were 12 t0 16 pounds low on air and that the windshield fluid was not full. In short, Point Pleasant / Wall Enterprise did nothing that we asked of them. After we return this rental car, we will no longer do business with them. It is sad that they have become so unprofessional. If you are reading this, you would be wise to rent elsewhere.
