Review content:
After having lunch at Situl, I noticed there was an alterations shop next door. I have about 15 dress shirts that needed to be altered (sleeve length and tighter). I am relatively new to this area so I have no idea what the going rate is for such alterations. I asked the lady at the desk and she seemed very hesistant on giving an answer. I simply asked for an estimate. I had a shirt done over at Christie's Alterations (they did a fabulous job by the way, but for such simple alterations it seemed too pricey) and their prices are listed on their website too. Anyways, she said that she doesn't give out prices in a very rude manner and in fact scolded me for doing so. Well, all I can say at this point is that they lost a nice amount on a bill and possibly a returning customer. Pros: Had private dressing rooms Cons: Businesses are suppose to HELP customers
