I relocated to Durham, using this company as my mover and storage. First, when I asked about accessing my belongings during a 6 month storage contract, i was informed that it would be difficult, but "not to do it too often". I did understand, as per the fine print in my contract that this was warehouse storage, but at no time was I informed thay any access to my belongings for so much as a winter jacket would incur a charge upwards of $150. I did experience the loss of some items and damage to others. but the damage was repaired immediately and the loss was eventually compensated for above and beyond the terms of the insurance agreement. I do feel that the owners of Trucking movers are people of integrity, and it was very important to them that I was ultimately satisfied. Be careful on the storage, and assume you will not have access, but I would recommend their service.
