Too bad this rating system doesn't offer .00001 of a star rating. The customer service at the Cricket store is horrible. They take forever to complete a transaction, don't say please or thank you, and act like they are doing YOU a favor by assisting with your problem. Don't they know if it's not for customers they would not be employed?! The 1-800-cricket number is no better, all they do is say wait 24-48hrs, so far I'm on day 11 and my problem has not been solved. I bought the Muve music phone mainly for the music portion, I paid my bill and it will not work. I keep getting an error message saying your service has expired. Unfortunately no one knows why...they just say I'm sorry, you'll have to wait!
