I have a 1999 BMW that I took to a different mechanic who gave me a diagnosis and estimate that I was unsure about. I called Uptown Imports and spoke with John who spent a half an hour on the phone with me helping me understand in layman's terms exactly what was wrong with my car and why I should go ahead with the repairs that the other mechanic had recommended. The amazing thing about this experience is that John had absolutely nothing to gain by giving me the advice that he did -- since he essentially advised me that the other mechanic knew what they were doing. John impressed me with his knowledge and his honesty. I think Uptown Imports is a place that knows what they're doing and can be trusted and, most of all, cares about helping people, whether they are a potential customer or not -- and that is hard to find in an auto mechanic these days. I would highly recommend Uptown Imports.
