My kitten got into Nyquil... acetominophen is poisonous to cats, lack of liver enzmes to process it, etc. I called them at 7:30am on a Friday morning and they put me into an appointment at 9am. The front desk ushered me right in. I told them upfront that I don't have hundreds to spend on little kitten and they were gracious and accepting. The vet tech saw him, then the doctor saw him. Dr. Duckett helped me outline a reasonable plan, price and practicality both taken into account, and gave me lot of reassurance. They asked to check in with me over the course of the next several days to see how kitty will do.
