Brought my subaru to Doyle Subaru in Webster, NY in 2007 for minor collision repair and alignment. The work was done so poorly that I returned it 3 different times for them to get it done correctly. Had to deal with the looser owner (Mark Doyle). They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They have no respect for any customers. As long as they get your money that's all they care about. The collision repair was never done correctly and they never did the alignment, so I took them to court and WON the case against them. If you have brought your car there and they never did the work correctly, bring them to court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! If you need excellent service on your subaru go to VAN BORTEL. Subaru of America should be ashamed to let them sell and service Subaru cars.
