Around 1/10/12, a representative came to our home to do a estimate on replacing our windows. He left with my credit application and i was told that once the application was approved, someone would be calling us to schedule a time to come out and get accurate measures of our windows to be ordered. A man called the next day and came by that night to measure and said that he would be contacting us in a couple of weeks to set up a time to come install them. 3 weeks later, i has not heard anything, so i called and left a message with TN Thermal to get a status update on my order, and never heard back. ( still havent). So, i track down Tony's # ( who is just a contractor by the way) by looking up my call history, and we talk to him. He says that it should be " on the truck next week"- this was a the 3 week mark. So, we wait another week. We are now at week 4 since the initial estimate meeting. I called and left another message with TN Theramal and still have not heard back from them from either call. We called Tony again last night, and he is the one who informs us that he spoke with our representative that came over that first night, and was told there was a problem with our credit. Nobody has ever called us to tell us anything about this!!! I have never received any calls or letters in the mail. So, Tony gives us the reps #, i call him, and leave a message. I have my husband call from his phone and he answers!! He tells my husband that he is driving right at the moment, but that he would call back in about an hour and a half. He still has not returned our calls
