Review content:
Our experience was almost identical to that of the reviews written by couscous and snickles. My wife and I have received estimates from four other replacement window companies. The rep from TN Thermal was very rude, demeaning of other companies, provided only a range of prices, refused to give a written estimate. . .told us that he didn't write estimates. . .only contracts. He wanted us to tell him how much our other estimates were. . .we did not. He never even showed us a sample window, but insisted that their windows were the best. When we asked for his name and the name of his boss, he told us that we didn't want to talk with his boss. . .that he (his boss) "would wear your a__ out." Not sure whether to take that as a verbal threat or a physical threat! He turned, in a huff, while we were still talking to him, got in his car and drove off. We have filed a report with an organization (can't mention the name) the so as to, hopefully, warn others of the unprofessional and unethical practice of the representative of TN Thermal.
Pros: The rep showed up.
Cons: The review says it all. . .
