WHO WOULD BE "STUPID" ENOUGH TO SIGN A CONTRACT INDICATING THAT YOU WOULD PAY AN AMOUNT QUOTED ON A PIECE OF PAPER WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE QUOTE FIRST. WE WERE ASK TO DO THAT LAST NIGHT. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD NOT EVEN GET A QUOTE UNTIL WE SIGNED A PIECE OF PAPER INDICATING WE WOULD PAY WHATEVER WAS QUOTED ON THE PIECE OF PAPER SITE UNSEEN.
