Review content:
I bought 10 windows in September 2009, when delivered two of the 10 where cracked; they installed them and promised to replace the two. Well it?s now November 11th and after continually calling without answers and with the run-around and excuses, then them not returning our calls they finally had a serviceman call saying that the windows would be ready in two more weeks, making the grand total of window installation being about three months. We'll see if that promise is kept. Although, the windows are very nice and efficient, we will never deal with this business again and do not recommend any one else buying windows from them.
