Review content:
They lost all of our documents for our tax return. A month later, they say they're still looking for it, but still...nothing. They say that they can file electronically, and of course...charge us to do so (how kind)...but we won't have anything to show the IRS! If you make an appointment with them to do your taxes, never leave any documents with them if you have to leave or you will regret it, just like we are regretting it now.
