Review content:
This vet practice comes across as friendly and caring and yes, they call every couple of days to see how your pet is feeling but you pay dearly for these little niceties. Every small task they perform is charged to your bill and none of the things they do are included in the exam or followup treatments' basic charges. It is very hard to get out of there without spending hundreds of dollars (even on follow-up visits). They are constantly selling you meds, foods, toothpaste/teeth cleaning accessories, vitamins, etc. that you really don't need.
Pros: nice staff
Cons: Overly expensive, Not a good value., Waiting area small
