NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Watch them VERY carefully if you have no choice but to rent from them. The clerk Hamid "summarized" the digital screen I was signing to his convenience. I said I declined insurance coverage because my Credit Card covers rental car insurance and when i t came to signing he said "that's you declining coverage". He lied. The Orbitz deal for a Specialty car also said I was not to pay upgrade charges and they tacked those on as well. He said their gas was cheaper than filling up anywhere else in Orlando..good thing he didn't get me there. It was 8.99 a gallon. These guys are crooks. The manager Mark or Mike would not come out to talk to me. I insisted and agent Cristina then came out and said it would be 20 mins because he was on a phone call. But when I started a "friendly chit-chat" about my experience with their next customer at the counter all of a sudden he was out in a flash. It worked! I guess Mark/Mike figured I'd be in a rush to catch a plane and wouldn't wait. He then said he couldn't do anything and I'd have to call their corporate office @ 800-331-3550. When I called Angie ended up hanging up on me when I asked for a manager. I called back and Janiece said that managers advised them to handle all calls. They were not required to transfer those calls over. Save yourself the aggravation. These people are liars and will scam you at all costs. You will not receive any professionalism.
