I rented a beautiful apartment from them and had a great experience. From the time I applied to the time I stepped into my new home was less than 24 hours. From there, my apartment was fresh and clean. After I had lived there a year I called and asked to shampoo my carpets. They told me they would do it for FREE! It was awesome! The next day they sent out a company and it was taken care of! So nice! I absalutely LOVED my apartment and each time I would come to the office to pay rent, the front lady would always give me a big smile like she really meant it!! I'm serious! No problems, quick response, great customer service! LOVE em'!
