This is the best thing I've ever done for myself! I've been on every diet in the book and haven't been able to lose substantial weight in years. I first heard about the Medi- Weightloss Clinic of Ocean Springs from a few friends whom lost several pounds in a relatively short time. I was amazed and one said,"This is the easiest diet I've ever been on!" I was convinced, If they could do it, why can't I? So, I tried it and I've never looked back! She was right! To date, I've lost 24 pounds in 10 weeks and still losing.
