Existing home, and specifically requested to sales person we wanted replacement windows (not new construction) and contractor specified no more than a quarter inch on each side. Wanted to slide them in, screw in and caulk.
Pros: Friendly sales people, well made product
Cons: did not listen, cost me more in the long run
