I came to this salon having read many reviews. I had been having trouble with my past color, using one from my previous salon that is VERY VERY popular and well known. The older I have become, the more I have trouble with grey coverage, and I am tired of paying for color that isn't what I was wanting. I am THRILLED to have walked into this salon! Not only are the designers TOP NOTCH with their knowledge, but VERY TOP NOTCH in their team work. I was THRILLED that they only carry what they deem the best products on the market. THRILLED they carry a color line that COVERS GREY and better yet, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR COLOR. For the first time I felt like I was TRULY GETTING MY MONEY'S WORTH and MY TIME'S WORTH. Their new swedish color line is AMAZING! Rich, pure, DOESNT FADE. I am SO happy with my hair! The color is amazing, and so is the cut. The Manager was SPOT ON with her color assistance, my designer, Connie was SO KIND and SO EAGER TO PLEASE. She was very understanding about my previous problem and extremely professional with her mannerisms. I am a Studio K Salon FAN and BIG lover of their Europeon color line. YAY!
