Review content:
This was my first time using a moving service and Willamette did not disappoint. They were able to fit me in on a busy weekend (we were moving during Labor day weekend). The moving guys even showed up early and completed the work is less time than we were quoted. The guys hustled and didn't sit around to wait for instructions. They communicated well with each other and made sure not to make any scratches or dents to our home. The only issue I had was that when I called initially, I wasn't told that I would be charged should they need to wrap the furniture with plastic. It wasn't a huge expense, so I didn't mind, but it would've been nice to know beforehand. Also, the travel time is based from their last job, which was in Vancouver. My home was in Beaverton, so that included a 45 minute travel time. Again not a big deal, but it would've been nice to know beforehand. Even so, I would highly recommend them.
Pros: did their work quickly
Cons: didn't mention the additional cost of wrapping furniture.
